On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you find the activity area with a flat-screen TV and music system where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the pool table, play table tennis or table football. On the big plot that surrounds the house there are swings and sandbox. Large open sun terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
