Best location right in the center of Marielyst with approx. 100 m to shopping, cafes and restaurants as well as approx. 100 meters to one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. There are many opportunities for activity in the area, such as mini golf, playground m.m. For the terraced house there is a terrace, which invites to barbecue and cosiness, and on the 1st floor there is a balcony, where there is also the possibility of cosiness, and you can glimpse the water. Large glass sections with incident light and ceiling to kip with visible beams. There is an open kitchen / family room which creates well-being. On the 1st floor there is a whirlpool where you can relax after a long day with lots of experiences. and there are elevation beds in one bedroom.Not rented to youth groups.
