The house has a nice view of the sea and from the rooftop terrace you have stunning panoramic views over the North Sea and the area. The house was built as a double house with own entrance and is located in a nice area with a mixture of permanent residences and cottages. Heating is by oil and is relatively cheap in consumption. There are 3 bedrooms, one bed is 3/4 size, all are box mattresses, hardwood floors throughout, as well as water-washed walls and painted ceilings. Large bathroom with shower, 2-person whirlpool and toilet. Modern kitchen in open connection with the living room with satellite TV (digital), DVD player and stereo with CD player.
