One bathroom has whirlpool and steam cabin. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There are several fishing opportunities in the area and also a fish cleaning table at the house. There is a ban on fishing in Kvie Sø but you may fish in the marsh area south of the lake. No letting to youth groups.
