Description

Top-class holiday cottage built with the best materials and with modern furnishings. The cottage is on two floors. The house has 16 beds in six bedrooms and an alcove. The lower floor offers 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and whirlpool and sauna area with sun loungers. The first floor has an open kitchen/family room with various activities, e.g. table tennis, darts, game console etc. The activity room has a double extra bed. There is a bio fireplace, please bring your own bioethanol. Two bedrooms are at one end of the house. There is a small terrace overlooking the large plot where there is ample opportunity to play and use the petanque court. The plot is divided by a road to the neighbouring house. No letting to youth groups.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Leider war die Heizung im unteren Stockwerk ausgefallen. Ungünstigerweise hat man uns erst am 4. Tag Radiators zur Beheizung der unteren Etage zur Verfügung gestellt. Bis dahin war die Urlaubsfreude etwas getrübt. Jedoch wurden uns im Gegenzug die gesamten Strom und Wasserkosten erlassen. Sollten Sie das Ferienhaus beziehen, achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den Ordner mit den Anweisungen und Informationen zum Haus erhalten. Wir haben leider keinerlei Unterlagen wegen Corona vorgefunden und mussten nach erfolglosen Versuchen auf einen Techniker warten, der diverse Gerätschaften zum Laufen brachte. Es gab einige Gegenstände, die ausgetauscht gehören, wie z. B. die Mikrowelle. Die Wii haben wir erst später gefunden, allerdings wegen mangelnder Spiele gar nicht erst ausprobiert. Dagegen hatten wir alle Spass Tisch-Kicker zu spielen... als wir dann am 3. Tag einen Fussball erhielten. Dart fiel flach, da es keine Pfeilspitzen gab. Alles in allem, eine, wenn die Heizung funktioniert, angenehme Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten.
