Bij aankomst met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen na een reis van 9 uur met de auto bleek dat we niet konden douchen en wastafel niet konden gebruiken omdat de doucheruimte overstroomde door terug komend rioolwater uit de vloerafvoer in de ruimte, we hebben ons twee dagen in de keuken moeten wassen, wij kwamen zaterdag eind van de middag aan en na diverse telefoontjes bleek dat er pas maandag wat aangedaan.....
