Description

Holiday cottage located in Handrup Bakker. From the swimming pool room and terrace you have views of the area and Ebeltoft cove. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen in open connection to the living room. From the living room you have access to the wooden terrace and the large plot, which is a bit hilly. The living room has wood-burning stove, so even during cold periods, you can enjoy yourself in front of the fire. There is a sound system to which you can connect your Iphone. The living room has underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower and sauna with plenty of space where you can warm up after a walk in the scenic area. Four bedrooms, one with bunk bed, from where you have access to the second terrace that runs along the house to the entrance. On both terraces you can sit undisturbed by neighbours. In the large swimming pool both kids and grown-ups can have fun. The pool has energy-friendly heat pump that reduces the energy costs. From the pool room you have the best views of the area that can be enjoyed through the large panoramic windows. After a long day there is the opportunity to socialise in the living room, which is slightly recessed in relation to the kitchen. The old mezzanine in the living room could be used for storage of suitcases, etc. The house is next to house 40449.
