Well-located holiday cottage in 1st row to the Limfjorden. The house is located in a peaceful setting on a large plot down to the fiord. The house is architect designed and brightly decorated with high ceilings in the living room. Large, modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob (induction), dish washer, large American fridge and large upright freezer. Bathroom with cupboards, shower and comfortable underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer. Both the house and plot has a unique panoramic view of the water. The living room has a flat-screen TV with international channels. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The living room also has a sofa bed for two people. The house is conveniently furnished with beautiful tiled floors and comfortable heating throughout the house. The house is energy friendly with heat pump which makes the house ideal for holidays in all seasons. For a cool summer night or when it is raining and windy in the fall there is a wood-burning stove to spread cosiness and warmth. There are terraces on all sides of the house part of which is covered. Approx. 50 m² of the terrace can be used as a dog exercise area for larger dogs. On the terrace you can sit and enjoy the view of the scenic surroundings while dinner is prepared. The kids can safely romp in the extensive plot or play in the sandpit. Free admission to Sydthy Swimming Pool.
