At Kramnitze you will find this cottage, which is 2 km. to restaurant (10 km. in winter), 10 km. for shopping and 300 m. to the coast. The house is furnished with sofa group for 5 people and dining table with dining chairs for 6 people. Walled fireplace in the living room. Outside, the house and carport have been renovated and painted. Nice terrace to the south with cozy brick fireplace, newer garden furniture, parasol and ball grill / grill starter. In the garden, large trees have been felled and a new lawn laid out. It provides air and light to the house and terrace. The holiday home is suitable for use all year round. An excursion destination could be Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari or the Medieval Center in Nykøbing Falster, which is an experimental center with working workshops.
