There is south facing terrace and plenty of shelter so that the outdoor life can be enjoyed all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is completely undisturbed and sown with grass, so there are excellent opportunities for ball games or other games with the kids. There is also a small play area with swing, slide and sandpit as well as a lawn with football goals and a basket hoop.
