On one of Funen's best plots you will find this holiday cottage with incredible views over the water towards Illumø, Vigø, Horsehoved, Helnæs Bay and Als both from the house and from the plot. The house is located on the northwest-facing coast, so one spectacular sunset after another shines directly into the living room. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower cubicle and a 4-person sauna. Combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in Danish quality. The living room opens onto the terrace. The living room has a 55'' Smart TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a digital satellite system. Limitless internet. There is Nintendo Wii with 4 games consoles and PlayStation4 with 2 games consoles. Kitchen is richly equipped with oven and refrigerator with 90 litres freezer. There are geothermal and underfloor heating throughout the house. Geothermal heating generates cheap hot water which means cheap use of the whirlpool. Large, open terrace of 120 m². Sandpit, swing, high chair and cot for the children. Located on a 1,305 m² plot approx. 400 m from the beach.
