Until 1967, the cottage was one of the island's three schools and consists on the ground floor of the entrance hall with entrance to the apartment and well-appointed and functional kitchen / family room, which is the heart room of the house with space for the whole family at the long table. From the family room there is access to the fenced garden and the south-facing wooden terrace, where there is garden furniture and barbecue. From the family room you enter the living room, which was previously used as a schoolroom. In extension of the living room, there is a fantastic room with a sloping ceiling and four skylights and a guest toilet. To the east there are two large, bright bedrooms and a bathroom with marble tiles. The first floor is divided into two separate family wards. From the family room there is access to the living room, two bedrooms with a fantastic view of the field and sea as well as another bedroom and a spacious, bright bathroom with shower. From the house's entrance hall there is access to another apartment with two bright bedrooms, bathroom with shower and open kitchen / living room with dining area and sofa corner. Not for rent to youth groups. NOTE: Wood pellet stoves are only available from 01.10 & # 8211; 31.03 and thus the underfloor heating in the bathroom is also only available during the winter months.
