The living room has direct access to one of the terraces. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. 1st floor contains living room with flat screen TV and access to the house's balcony, where the fantastic views of the dunes / landscape can be enjoyed. In addition, two bedrooms and extra sleeping space for two people. For the youngest of the family there is a cot. The house is energy friendly with heat pump. The house has several terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor fish cleaning area, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. Approx. 300 meters from the house there is a playground, table bench set and football field. The North Sea is quite a few hundred meters from the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
