There are a total of four bedrooms as well as two mattresses on the loft. The house is equipped with energy-saving heat pump and wood stove, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is located on a 2350 m & # 178; large dune plot approx. 200 m from the sea. 200 m & # 178; open terrace area and 25 m & # 178; covered terrace. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups.
