Description

Bright and well-kept cottage with i.a. with new kitchen in 2018 and modern decor. In the combined kitchen / family room you can enjoy the fine light from the large open window area as well as the two skylights, which give the room good daylight. An air / air heat pump is installed. The wood-burning stove is located so that you can enjoy the heat both in the sofa group and at the dining area. Large, almost closed terrace to the south / southwest, where you can sit and enjoy the summer evenings. The cottage is located on a corner plot, where just opposite there is a direct footpath down between the dunes to the sandy beach. For the little guests there is a high chair and cot. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, zur Ostsee sind es ca 600 Meter, Die Ausstattung ist gut, Das Bad ist klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war jedoch sauber, Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub und zur Erholung braucht, / Das Besteck bzw Geschirr könnte mal erneuert werden (abgeschlagene Kanten), / 5 deutsche TV-Progamme, sind zwar nicht viel, aber reicht (ARD,ZDF, Sat1, RTL und Pro7)
