Das Haus ist modern und gestaltet und sauber, Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, auf dem auch mindestens 2 Autos stehen könnten, Brettspiele sind vor Ort, draußen gibt es Sonnenliegen und einen Tisch mit Stühlen, sodass man auch im Sommer gemütlich draußen sitzen könnte,
