There is a lawn on the property for ball games or you can enjoy nature on the house's terrace from morning to evening. The homeowner lives in the main house next door. Dogs must remain on a leash on the property. Here you have nature as your neighbor, but are still only a few minutes' walk from the golf course, the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is an idyllic property with fields and forest nearby. For your child's convenience, there is a high chair and a cot.
