Lovely house set back from the road in the quiet Grøndal area in northern Fanø. The house is situated on a large natural plot surrounded by big trees. The house features a living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, TV, and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area in open connection with the living room. There is a bedroom with an adjustable double bed 2x80x200 and 2 bedrooms with single beds 2x80x200. One bathroom has underfloor heating, a sauna, a washing machine, and a dryer. Additionally, there is another bathroom with underfloor heating. The open stone terrace surrounds the house, offering plenty of opportunities to find a shady cozy corner on sunny days.
