Het huis heeft een groot en comfortabel zwembad, ideaal om met het gezin een paar uur in te vermaken. Er is voldoende ruimte in en om het huis om je prima te vermaken. Je zit vlak bij diverse winkels em het strand. Maar... het huis is verouderd en heeft veel mankementen. Kapotte gordijnen, deuren, kapstok en nog veel meer. Ook is er veel achterstallig onderhoud. Rekenen erop dat de kosten voor elektriciteit.....
