Het huis heeft veel potentie maar in de huidige staat is het eigenlijk ondermaats om te verhuren. Het onderhoud van binnen, de tuin en het interieur is dringend aan upgrading toe. De omgeving biedt een strandje heel dichtbij, het is er rustig. Op het park zijn verder nauwelijks faciliteiten.
