Description

Well-located holiday cottage with sauna, surrounded by sheltered and partly covered terraces. The house is located on a 2000 m2 large natural plot approx. 700 metres from the North Sea. The house is well-arranged with 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. All bedrooms have wooden floors. The bright kitchen with i.a. dish washer and microwave oven is in open connection to the living room with wood-burning stove and TV. These rooms also have wooden floors. The bathroom has i.a. shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Next to the bathroom is the sauna which is perfect after an active day and swimming in the ocean. From the living room you can access a south-facing, partly covered terrace. There is also a sheltered terrace on the east side with the morning sun. Free admittance to the water park in Søndervig.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, 400 m zum Strand, durch die Dünen, / Die Ferienhaussiedlung, in der das Haus liegt, nicht zu gross, / Viel Abstand zwischen den Häusern, man ist wirklich für sich, / Das Haus selbst ist gut aufgeteilt, die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, / Sinnvolle Ausstattung von Küche und Wohnzimmer, Vor allem die zwei Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen, je nach Wetter und Wind, sind super, / Die Radwege sorgen für eine gute Verbindung nach Hvide Sande und Sondervig, Morgens mit dem Rad zum Bäcker war schon wunderbar,
