On the 1st floor there is a living room and a bedroom. The decor is very bright due to the many large windows, and the furniture is appealing and modern. Everywhere, attention has been paid to the details and the highest quality of materials has been used, just as the mix of new and retro furniture is in line with the look of the house. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with district heating. On the large, south-facing terrace you can stay undisturbed, just as there is plenty of shelter and sun. From the terrace there is direct access to a small lawn, surrounded by planting and a little fence. Not for rent to youth groups.
