Bright and well-appointed cottage with sauna barrel and various activities located on a large dune plot by Grønhøj Strand, from which there is a view of the sea and dunes from a high point. There is both open and covered terrace, and in the immediate vicinity of the terrace is set up a 6-8 person sauna barrel, while in the garage there are various activities such as table tennis, air hockey (small) and darts. In the spring of 2019, the cottage was newly renovated and appears extremely well maintained with tasteful, modern decor and coordinated decoration. There is a living room / kitchen in open connection and with direct access to the terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. For cheap heating, there is an air-to-air heat pump in addition to the stove. With the many m2 and the quite short distance to the beach and sea, the house is very suitable for a large family or two families who want to spend a holiday by the sea together. There is a large terrace, of which approx. 20 m2 is covered. The plot is a hilly dune plot. Not for rent to youth groups.
