Description

Holiday home with whirlpool on natural plot only approx. 200 meters from the sea at Dalby Strand. The house has an open as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture. There are light wood walls and ceilings. Wooden floors with partially loose carpets. The house is furnished with bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and 2-person whirlpool. Modern, well-equipped, open kitchen in connection with the living room with i.a. freezer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and hob with ceramic hobs. There is a large living room furnished with a large glass part, which makes the living room nice light. The living room is i.a. equipped with air conditioning, TV, video and stereo with CD player. The house sleeps in three bedrooms. In the small utility room there is a washing machine. Not for rent to youth groups.

Mooi, comfortabel en ruimtelijk huisje vlak bij de kust. Voldoende mogelijkheden erop uit te trekken.

We zijn iets later aangekomen ivm grote verkeersdrukte met bijbehorende files in Duitsland. Het leverde bij aankomst geen probleem op. Woning was goed te vinden en in prima conditie. Omgeving vonden wij mooi en rustgevend. Airconditioning was geweldig tijdens de warme dagen met 30 graden . Het was in het begin niet goed duidelijk waar de meterstanden oftwel de tellers van stroom en water zich bevonden. Tevens was de waterstandteller niks te best afleesbaar. Het geheel voldeed ruimschoots aan de verwachting.
