The annex of the house has a double bed with TV, loft for cosiness and a bathroom. The house is located on a beautiful natural plot right down to the water's edge. There is air, light and space for play, relaxation and to enjoy nature. On the large terraces there are always opportunities to enjoy the sun regardless of the time of day. The surroundings are truly scenic. A dune plantation adorns the area, and just 50 meters from the house is the beach. The white sandy beach is kilometers long and the water is shallow and calm, so it is a child-friendly place to swim. Not for rent to youth groups.
