Well-equipped holiday cottage located in one of the most sought after cottage areas close to Ebeltoft harbour and town. The house is renovated in 2015. The pool has a depth of 1.25 m. Here the children can play while you relax on the couch, from where you have a good view of the pool. The well-appointed kitchen has e.g. dishwasher. The living room is the gathering point where there is room for games, watching TV or reading a book. For the cool evenings you can light up the wood-burnig stove and hear the fire crackling. The house is bright and spacious with modern furnishings. Located on undisturbed light plot with a clear view of greenery on 3 sides. There is sea view from the terrace. For smaller children the plot has swing and sandpit.

Ruhige und sonnige Lage, Ausstattung des Hauses und natÃ¼rlich der Pool,

Leider gab es bei uns Probleme. Öffnungszeiten vom Dancenter waren in der E-mail anders als vor Ort. Somit standen wir vor geschlossener Tür. Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat konnten wir jedoch unseren Wohnungsschlüssel in einer Box am Center erhalten. Das Haus war 15 Minuten entfernt. Ein sehr schönes großes Haus mit großem Garten und gepflegtem kleinen Pool. Leider waren unsere gebuchten "Handtuch/Bettwäsche " Pakete nicht im Haus. Somit wieder Telefonat und E-mail Austausch. Nach kurzer Zeit dann die Info erhalten. Das unser Paket vergessen wurde und wir diese am Center am Hinterhof aus einer Box abholen können. Wir wieder ins Auto und zurück zum Center. Irgendwann dann auch am Hintereingang besagte Box und Pakete gefunden. Wieder zurück zum Haus. Dann erstmal die Wasseruhr draußen gesucht. Als Strom und Wasserzähler notiert wurde, endlich Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und somit sehr schön ruhig. Mit dem Auto kommt man nach weniger als 1 km zum Strand auch der Hafen ist wunderschön und ebenfalls mit dem Auto erreichbar. Leider ist beides zu Fuß nicht komplett möglich. (Keine Fußwege an der Hauptstraße).
