This unique cottage with its own tennis court, spa and sauna has plenty of space for 14 people + a small child. The cottage is located directly next to the protected heather-clad meadows in Kongsmark, in the middle of Rømø, where there is an incredibly beautiful nature with beautiful hiking trails and a dog forest, where the dogs can run free. The cottage is bright, well-appointed and extremely well-kept with modern and comfortable furniture. The sleeping accommodation is divided into 5 bedrooms and a large loft. The house is energy friendly and heated with a heat pump. There is underfloor heating in several places. The cottage is an activity house where it is nice to be when you are many who want to holiday together. There are two fully furnished living rooms, both with TV and wood burning stove. In the activity room, which is an extension of the kitchen / family room, is the pool table, where you can enjoy a game of pool, table tennis or table football. The cottage has no less than 3 bathrooms, 1 of which has a whirlpool and access to a 6 & # 8211; s sauna. From the activity room there is direct access to the covered terrace which is next to the well-kept tennis court with artificial grass (bring your own rackets and balls). Here you will also find football goals and basketball hoops. There are a total of 4 terraces, 1 in each corner of the world, so there is plenty of opportunity for sun most of the day. On one of the terraces you will find a nice outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people that can be used all year round. On another terrace there is a campfire where after a day at the beach you can grill a sausage or a marshmallow. Lakolk Beach with fine white sand is only 1200 m. From the house. Lakolk is the most popular beach for families with children on Rømø. & # 160; Here is the shallow water and no problems with horse holes or violent waves. In the northern part of Lakolk beach there is a windsurfer area where in good surfing weather there is plenty of activity on the beach. & # 160; There are also dunes here if you want to be a little more private.
