Description

Well-equipped holiday cottage with a whirlpool and activity room with a very short distance to the beach and sea and within walking distance of Løkken. From the house there are views of the dunes. The house was built in 1980, extended in 2003 and modernised again in 2011. Large living room/open concept kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms (one double bed is 1.20 m wide), activity room, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and guest toilet. Large, open terrace. The living rooms appear extremely bright and appealing, and the conservatory is almost a glass arcade with light throughout the day. The many m² make the house suitable for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. There is air-to-air heat pump to ensure the least possible energy costs. The activity room has airhockey, darts, billiards and flat-screen TV. The plot is slightly hilly, open plot of grass, suitable for playing, sunbathing or fun around the grill.

Es ist ein charmantes älteres Haus, so wie man Sie kennt, Man kommt über die Küche in den zentralen Wohnraum (mit Kamin) von dem alle anderen Räume abgehen, Es ist mit allem gut ausgestattet, es fehlt ihm nur ein bißchen Aufmerksamkeit, da es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist,

Gute Raumaufteilung, Wir waren 2 Familien mit älteren Kindern, Haben uns vor Ort selbst Verpflegung, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Waren im April dort und haben den Kamin mit Holz befeuert, somit ein paar Heizkosten gespart, Der Billardtisch lässt sich auch als Tischtennisplatte benutzen, Dartspiel war auch vorhanden,
