A holiday cottage located in a peaceful area with 70 m² terrace at the back of the house. Renovated in 2014. Suitable for a family, also with a dog, that would like to enjoy the nature. The house is close to forest, beach and fields. It is possible that animals of the forest pays a visit, as the backside of the house is next to a public forest. Die Lage war super,kurzer weg zu strand zum einkaufen und in den Wald,Leider war der direkt an das Grundstück angrenzende wald zwar als Hundewald deklariert aber nicht eingezäunt, / Das Haus ist super isoliert und gut gepflegt,Dank Solar wenig Nebenkosten,
