There is a hall and scullery with washer and dryer, 35 m² kitchen-family room with underfloor heating and an open dining area with access to the large south/west-faced terrace. Split-level living room with wood-burning stove. The kitchen-family room and living room have high-vaulted ceilings and large windows. 2 bathroom with underfloor heating with the same granite table tops as in the kitchen. Both bathrooms have shower and the large bathroom also has a large, lowered whirlpool for 4 people. The 13 beds are located in 5 bedrooms and a 22 m² large mezzanine. Modern, high quality furnishings and the kitchen-family room and living room have halogen lighting with dimmers and all tile floors underfloor heating. The mezzanine has a small TV with DVD and satellite receiver. There are 2 well-placed terraces in several levels of a total of 120 m² where you can find shelter and enjoy the sun. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and from both plot and house you have views of the characteristic dune scenery. If you walk just 150 m along the large plot with ocean view and sunset you will be on the kilometre long sandy beach. No letting for youth groups.
