For entertainment, there is fast unlimited internet as well as TV with international channels in the living room and activity room. An air / water heat pump heats the whole house and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a wood burning stove in the living room. Approx. 100 m2 terrace, of which approx. 20 m2 is covered. The plot is an open natural plot, here there are swings and a sandbox for the children. As the house is located at the end of a small slip road, the plot borders a larger open space. Not for rent to youth groups.
