Description

This former bank, centrally located in Ballum, was rebuilt and renovated in 2014. Practically everything has been renewed indoor but outdoor the owner has tried to maintain the old style. Hall, living room with dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, scullery and bathroom with 2-person whirlpool on the ground floor. Here is also aircondition and air-to-air heat pump. Access to a south-faced garden with views of the open fields. 1st floor has a spacious bedroom. No letting to youth groups.
