Description
Spacious summer house with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna located by one of Denmark's best beaches. The house, which was partially renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and activist room, is located on an unobtrusive dune lot close to the sea and beach. From the living room, terrace and pool room there is quite a small sea view. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Annex and sun yard between the house and the annex. After renovation, the house now appears modern and attractive and particularly suitable for holiday stays with the main emphasis on swimming and scenic surroundings, as well as activities for children. There is a combined living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 4 good bedrooms. In connection with the rebuilding in 2008, a large terrace area has been built to the south-west.
