Das Haus hat eine schöne und sehr ruhige Lage, Zudem ist der Garten schön angelegt und man hat einen freien Blick aufs Feld, Es gibt drei Terassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten, die je nach Sonne und Wetterlage perfekt genutzt werden können, Das Haus ist mit Zubehör (Kinderbett, Kinderhochstuhl, Spielzeug, Raclette-Grill, Gasgrill, etc,) sehr gut ausgestattet,

Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig und idyllisch am Rande der Anlage gelegen , / Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber , / Als Tierfreund bekommt man ständig etwas zu sehen auf dem Grundstück , Wir hatten in unserer Zeit Fasane , Rehe / und viele Vögel , / Die Nähe zum schönen Bratte Strand ist auch toll,,,
