Es ist ein modernes, schönes Haus, auch energetisch gesehen, Die Lage ist wunderschön und der Ausblick auf die Ostsee, Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, nur es gibt etwas zu ergänzen, Ein Sonnenschirm wäre prima und Platzsets für die Glasplatte für den Gartentisch, denn die zerkratzt sonst zu schnell, Wäre schade, Ein Besen und Handfeger mit Schaufel wäre hilfreich, um mal zwischendurch
