Description

Spacious, bright and modern holiday cottage located on a large natural plot on the edge of the charming small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, alcove, bathroom with shower, whirlpool and underfloor heating and a guest bathroom with shower and sauna. Bright and modern furnishings in the traditional Danish cottage style. The living room is spacious and has a cosy alcove for extra beds or play corner for the children. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating. From the living room you have access to the large terrace that is almost like a balcony. From here you have great views of the natural area. The plot is 3096 m² and suited for outdoor activities e.g. sunbathing or ball games. There is a fire ring. Swings, sandpit, slide and playtower for the children. No letting to youth groups.

Ein toll geschnittenes Haus auf einem schönen großen Grundstück, Gute Ausstattung, Absolut nicht gefallen hat mir, dass das Haus mit Lademöglichkeit für einen PKW inseriert war, aber die existiert garnicht, Wegen der angeblichen Lademöglichkeit habe ich mich überhaupt für dieses Haus entschieden,
