Electricity consumption can be reduced through the wood stove and the installed heat pump. The heat pump can also act as air conditioning in summer. Outside there is swing and sandpit for the kids. The house is only about 600 m from the nearest beach, on a natural plot with dunes and a natural grassy area. It is located just north of the resort of Lønstrup.
