Description

Well-kept holiday cottage located on an open natural plot in the popular cottage area at Nørlev Strand just north of Løkken. From the living room you have a small view of the ocean. Open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with underfloor heating. The large, bright dining area and the cosy living room are especially cosy. From the living room you have access to the large, south/west-faced terrace from which you have views of the natural area Jyske Ås (ridge). Large, level natural plot partly with grass and other plantings. Here the children can play games or you can just relax and enjoy the sun. In the evening you can have cosy barbecues. There is 6 m² dog court adjacent to the shed where you will also find an extra freezer. There are swings for the children.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, mitten im Grünen, herrlich ruhig, unansehbar von außen, Die Terrasse ist großzügig mit drei Sitzmöglichkeiten, Das Meer nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Das Lebensmittelgeschäft ist entweder den Strand entlang oder auch die kleine Straße entlang erreichbar, Ich habe voll genossen, jeden Morgen mit meinem Hund den Strand entlang zu laufen um frische Brötchen zu holen, Der Strand selbst ist sehr schön,,,einfach traumhaft,
