The family room is the heart of the house, from which there is access to all other rooms, be it bathroom, toilet or one of the four bedrooms. The house is abandoned for very large grounds with lawn where the football coach can be used or the time can be spent observing birds and game. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
