Huis blijkt bij aankomt niet schoon: vlekken en plakkerigheid op de keuken, muren, deuren en handgrepen. Schimmel en viezigheid in en buiten de douchecabine. Overal spinnenwebben en stof bovenop alle horizontale oppervlakken. De inventaris is een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje waarvan een deel kapot of beschimmeld is. <br/><br/>De helft van de lakens à €7 per stuk hebben vlekken.<br/><br/>De schuifpui blijkt kapot.....
