This medium-sized residence is just 200m from the beach in a quiet area; the town Bravone is located approximately 2.5 km. Corisica -the Ile-de-Beauté- is a fantastic island with beautiful scenery, wonderful beaches and coves and picturesque villages and towns. From Bravone is a tour to Cap Corse recommended; the northern tip of Corsica offers great scenery and great panoramas. Even a day trip to the picturesque town of Bonifacio in the extreme south is a must; do not forget to make time for a boat trip around the magnificent cliffs there. Residence Sognu di Mare is set in a green area around the lovely bean-shaped pool with sun terrace and sun beds. It consists of several 3-storey buildings with a total of 150 well-appointed apartments. They all feature a balcony or terrace with furniture.

Het complex is mooi aangelegd met twee zwembaden en een restaurant plus nog geen 5 min lopen naar het rustige strand met zeil- en duikschool, kajak- en jetskiverhuur, en resto-plage. Ondanks de hoge bezettingsgraad was het rustig op het complex. De ligging is prima voor ontdekken van de oostkust en binnenlanden van Corsica, wel auto nodig! Het appartement A25 (FR-20230-14) had geen tweepersoonsbed maar een stapelbed en had ook geen oven. Het meubilair is niet geweldig. Electriciteit viel tevens regelmatig uit in het complex. Bij warm weer werd het apartment snel warm doordat het niet mogelijk was om direct bij de buitenramen/schuifpui, maar pas bij de tweede schuifpui de zonwering dicht te trekken. Geen airco aanwezig... Vriendelijke staf die vele talen spreken (frans, italiaans, duits, nederlands). Nationaliteit van de huurders was voornamelijk frans en italiaans, met daarna pools en duits, weinig nederlanders.
