Toen we de eerste zaterdag om vier uur aankwamen hebben we de telefoonnummers gebeld voor de sleutel, echter de desbetreffende persoon (een gepensioneerde mevrouw bleek later) nam niet op. Na het noodnummer van Topic Travel gebeld te hebben hoopte we het op te lossen, echter we hebben nog vele malen moeten bellen en kregen geen adequate feedback en pas na 2,5 uur wachten kwam een Engels echtpaar met.....
