Deze alleenstaande woning met privé zwembad is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk. Grootwarenhuis op 1250 meter. <br/><br/>De woning is voorzien van een door middel van poort afsluitbare en overdekte privé parking voor 1 auto.<br/><br/>Er is een alarmsysteem aanwezig dat tuin en ramen beveiligd.<br/><br/>De tuin is netjes en voorzien van een sprinklersysteem wat elke avond ( rond middernacht) het gras en de planten van water.....
