Het is een rustig verblijf en een geoutilleerd huisje. Indien het warm weer is, is de slaapkamer op de vide te warm. Het bed is niet geschikt voor lange mensen. Airco mag aan tot 10:00 uur. Ook hebben wij geen gezellig uitzicht vanaf de tuin. Het kleine zwembad gaat pas om 1.30 uur open.
