Fantastische omgeving vlak bij de mooie kust.<br/>Het verkeer op de nabij gelegen weg is wel nadrukkelijk aanwezig. 's Avonds geen last.<br/>Het huis begint wat gedateerd te raken, bijvoorbeeld een parasol die van ellende uit elkaar viel waarbij jammer is dat de eigenaar niet op onze melding reageerde. Verder zijn er wat stoelen op het voorterras aan vervanging toe.
