Prachtig uitzicht, leuke zithoekjes en prima zwembad. Nieuwe keuken en 2 nieuwe badkamers (van de 3) maar verder piept en kraakt het huis. Geen airco aanwezig en huurders krijgen het verzoek geen gebruik te maken van de houten luiken (wat zou kunnen helpen bij de warmte buiten houden) mede in verband met de fragiele horren. Deze horren sluiten niet goed af waardoor iedereen 's nachts lek gestoken is......
