Description

Chatel is a charming ski town in the Les Portes du Soleil ski area. It is located in the North Alps, roughly 75 km from Geneva and connects France and Switzerland's most beautiful ski slopes.



The stylish residence is situated in the centre of town, approx. 50 m from the Super Chatel gondola lift. Guests have free access to the heated, indoor swimming pool with bubble bath and may use the spa (Turkish bath, massages, and treatments) for an additional fee. Each apartment is allotted a parking space in the garage.

The apartments are located in the three chalets. They are all furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style, and each one features an open-plan kitchen and a balcony or terrace. The living room has space for 2 people to sleep.

Het appartement kwam overeen met de beschrijving, zag er netjes uit en was goed schoongemaakt. Wij verbleven met vier personen (gezin met twee 18+ kinderen) in een 6-persoons appartement, met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, er sliep niemand op het bankbed in de woonkamer. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Het zwembad met bubbelbad in het gebouw was aangenaam en ook daar was alles goed schoon. Het complex is centraal gelegen in Châtel met winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Om met de gondel 'Super Châtel' naar boven te gaan hoef je slechts de straat over te steken. Langlaufers kunnen goed terecht in het langlaufgebied van La Chapelle-d'Abondance, op 10 minuten rijden met de auto of skibus.
