Deze villa voldoet aan alle wensen. Zeer rustig gelegen. Mooi zwembad. Een paar zaken die aan vernieuwing toe zijn zoals strijkijzer, strijkplank. Geen schaduw voor het ontbijt. Vernieuwing van de parasol. Nog oude koffiezet. Voor de rest een zeer aangename villa en zeer mooie streek.
