After a dip in the pool, borrow one of the bicycles available at the house to ride back to the village centre and buy your baguette and croissants. Activities here include hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking, tennis, fishing and swimming in the Durance and the Etang de la Bonde, and the market around the pond on Tuesday mornings. Here you'll find producers of cherries, melons and olives. The towns of Aix-en-Provence, Isle-sur-Sorgue and Avignon are perfect destinations for a day trip. You'll find the beaches of the Mediterranean at Carry-le-Rouet (50 km), and the superb 18-hole Pont-Royal golf course half an hour's drive away. You can also treat your children to the "Le village des Automates" amusement park (for children up to 9 years old) in Saint-Cannat.
