Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this lovely air-conditioned holiday home with private pool. It is located in the countryside, in a pretty village in the Hérault region and 45 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches.

Take a walk or bike ride in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, organise a picnic on the sandy beaches of Gruissan or Valras (less than an hour's drive away) or entertain yourself during an afternoon shopping in Montpellier, Narbonne (20 km), Béziers (30 km) or Agde. The village of Aigues-Vives is home to authentic houses and it is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that you can explore via the beautiful hiking trails that run through it. Moreover, you will find a playground, a bowling alley and a tennis court.

Here you can have the ultimate time with family or friends. Relax with a good book in the enclosed garden while the children play carefree in the swimming pool.

De woning was zeer netjes toen we aankwamen. Alle comfort is aanwezig. In de nabijheid de nodige winkels en restaurant op wandel afstand. Rustige buurt .

In het huis is alles aanwezig dat nodig is. Rustig dorp met een bakker en een kleine supermarkt voor de dagelijkse dingen op loopafstand. Zwembad prima voor in rond te dobberen. Airco werkt goed.

Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig. In 5 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich eine wunderbare Bäckerei mit den besten Croissants der Welt. Auch ein Lebensmittelladen ist in der Nähe. Das Haus ist groß, richtig gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug, wird 1 Mal wöchentlich gereinigt.
